The Middlesex YMCA is offering vacation day programs for the following days during the 2011-2012 school year:

• Columbus Day: October 10, 2011
• Election Day (Middletown & Cromwell Schools Only): November 8, 2011
• Veterans Day: November 11, 2011
• Holiday Break: December 26-30, 2011 (Licensed Vacation Program)
• MLK Day: January 16, 2012
• February Break: February 17, 20, 21, 2012
• April Break: April 9-13, 2012 (Middletown Schools: Licensed Vacation Program @ YMCA)
• April Break: April 16-20, 2012 (Cromwell & Portland Schools: Vacation Camp available at YMCA Camp Ingersoll)

Licensed Vacation Programs
All children who attend must have a Youth Camp Health Form on file that has been completed within the past three years. Children cannot be accepted into the program without a valid health form on or before the date they arrive at the program.

YMCA Vacation Day Programs are recreational programs open to members and non-members in grades K-6th. Pick up and drop off is located at the YMCA in the Youth Center. Program hours are 7 AM to 6 PM. Full payment is due upon registration.

Cost
$50.00 per day for members
$55.00 per day for non-members
$210.00 for all 5 days (Holiday, February and April Break)
