While these classes are available to Y members at no additional cost, we are asking that everyone REGISTER online for classes. Registration is OPEN for the first four weeks of classes. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with more details about the class and health and safety policies and procedures.

Stability Ball Strength with Missy

This class will focus on building full body strength and balance. Participants will be given options to perform exercises on a ball or on a mat. All levels are welcome.

Cycle Journey with Sylvia

The description of journey is an act of traveling from one place to another. My cycle journey will be traveling on different roads consisting of sprints- roving through hills and flat roads- mountains- jumps- continuous climbs and ladder runs. 

**No charge for class. Registration will determine how many members to expect and to determine if there is enough interest to offer the class. Once you register, a confirmation email will be sent to you with more information and an explanation of the policies.
