MIDDLESEX YMCA

The My Time scholarship program serves families who have an immediate family member being treated for cancer or who have recently lost their battle with cancer. At the YMCA we understand that cancer affects the whole family emotionally and financially.

 A My Time scholarship allows a family the following opportunities:

• For children who have an immediate family member going through treatment or who recently lost their battle with cancer, My Time allows them to experience the joy of an Outdoor Day Camp at YMCA Camp Ingersoll and for a short time to escape the chaos that cancer has inflicted on his/her life.

• For families with children in Middletown, Portland, Cromwell and East Haddam elementary schools who are undergoing a financial strain due to the costs associated with cancer treatment, My Time can offer financial assistance for the YMCA’s Before & After School care.

• For adults and families who are looking for wellness opportunities to offset the stress and chaos that cancer has caused, My Time offers a Membership to the YMCA.
