Reservation System

In order to comply with capacity limitations, we have implemented an online reservation system. All members MUST make a reservation in order to use the facility. At this time, the system is only open to active members. 

FAQ's

  • How many days in advance can I register? Members can make reservations 3 days in advance and up to 3 hours in advance of your preferred appointment time. 

  • Can I book more than area per day? Yes! For example, you can book a Fitness Center appointment and a Large Pool appointment for the same day.
  • Can Swimmers in the same household share a lane? Yes! We are strongly encouraging members from the same household to share a lane when possible. One member can book the reservation and then let the Aquatics attendant know upon arrival that you are sharing with a member of your household. Please note, all household members must be active members of the Y.
  • Can I cancel my appointment? Yes! Simply login to the reservation system, select the My appointments tab and click on the RED CANCEL button for the appointment you wish to cancel. 
  • WHERE ARE AREAS LOCATED? 

    • PERFORMANCE ZONE is the small workout area at the far end of the FITNESS CENTER where Mx4 classes were held.

    • FITNESS CENTER is the main weight room and cardio areas.

    • LARGE POOL is the 6 lane lap swim area. 

    • FITPLUS is the membership upgrade area with entrance at the back of the facility.

HOW LONG CAN I USE THE Y and other info.....

  • Fitness Center (cardio, strength and free weights) 1 appointment per day for 60 minutes.

  • Fitness Center (strength only) 1 appointment per day for 60 minutes.

  • Performance Zone 1 appointment per day for 60 minutes.

  • Large Pool (lap swim) 1 appointment per day for 60 minutes. Family members can now share a lane. One member can book the reservation and then let the Aquatics attendant know upon arrival that you are sharing with a member of your household. Please note, all household members must be active members of the Y.

  • Fit Plus Area for Fit Plus Members - 1 appointment per day for 60 minutes. Towel service is not available. 

WAIVER - COVID19 

Members were sent an email with instructions and a link to our COVID -19 waiver to virtually sign. If you did not receive or you were not able to successfully use the link, you can access the waiver above. You will need to enter your barcode number and your name. Your barcode is found on your small key tag membership card. If you cannot locate the barcode, please call the membership team at 860-343-6201. 

If you have trouble with making an online reservation, please call our membership staff directly at 860-343-6201 during our hours of operation. Monday-Friday 7am - 7pm.
