Family Event: Camp Compass Challenge-Saturday, March 27th

Come out with your family and enjoy the beautiful Spring weather at Camp Ingersoll and try our Camp Compass Challenge!

This outdoor challenge will consist of a combination of clues and riddles to solve, compass directions to follow, and more to complete. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, exciting outdoor challenge for you to try to complete!

The Camp Compass Challenge event will be following all of our Covid-19 protocols- including wearing masks at all times unless eating or drinking as well as staying socially distance between families whenever possible.

We will be meeting by the main Camp Office at 10:00am and families are welcome to begin the challenge once they arrive and check-in or after the compass instruction/demonstration at 10:15pm. After solving all the clues there will be a final question for your family to try to solve and hand in before leaving- at the end of the event we will pick one family at random that has the correct answer and they will win a Camp Ingersoll prize pack!

Compasses are needed for this event (most smartphone compasses will work fine for this)- and we also have a limited amount of compasses that can be borrowed for the event. Please be sure to mark that on the registration form below. Also, make sure to have a water bottle with you for this event as our water is still turned off for the winter (bathroom facilities are unavailable due to this as well). Please dress accordingly. It may be a little wet and messy, but it will be a whole lot of fun for you and the family- what Camp Ingersoll is all about!

The event is free for the community but we do have a highly suggested donation of at least $5 per child if possible.

To register please fill out our short registration form by clicking here:

Thanks so much and we hope to see you all out here at Camp Ingersoll on the 27th!
