Fitness Options At the Y, Indoors, Outdoors and Online


We understand that everyone in our Y community has a different comfort level when it comes to feeling safe from COVID while exercising. Our Healthy Living team has set up a variety of options including the following. Click on any of the images below for more details on website pages.


Indoor Group Exercise classes at the Y.

  • Drop in classes

  • No mask required

  • Air Conditioned gymnasium location

  • Social Distancing spots marked on gym floor

  • No fee for Y members. Classes included in full membership. *Program members may pay daily fee to drop in for class. *Non members may pay a daily access fee.


MX4 Program Training Session

  • Registration Required for four week session.

  • Class meets once a week for 30 minutes.

  • Small group (4) with one trainer.

  • Motivation of group and Individualized attention of trainer.

  • Registration open to non-members. Y members receive lower rates.

Outdoor Group Exercise classes at 3 local locations

  • No fee for Y members. Classes included in full membership.

  • Registration Required for member "check in" tracking.

  • Rolling Registration

OUTDOOR BLAST TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Registration Required for four week session.

  • Class meets once a week for 30 minutes.

  • Small group (6) with one trainer.

  • Motivation of group and Individualized attention of trainer.

VIRTUAL ONLINE LIVE & ON DEMAND CLASSES

  • Exclusive access for Middlesex YMCA members. No additional fees.

  • Included in Y membership.

  • Thousands of classes offered including Barre and Zumba!
