MEET HEATHER
SHE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CHILD WATCH AT THE Y
Moms like Heather have discovered just how much they can do because of the FREE Child Watch that comes with a Middlesex Y Membership. Heather and her children come at least three times a week, giving Heather a chance to take care of herself while knowing that her children are being cared for in a safe and engaging Y Child Watch Service.
"My kids LOVE coming to play with their friends in Child Watch. I trust the staff completely and love the opportunity for them to experience a routine and structured play."
While her children play with toys, explore craft projects and get some energy
out in the gym with Child Watch staff, Heather enjoys the wide variety of
fitness activities the Y has to offer such as group exercise classes, treadmills,
ellipticals, bikes, stair climbers, rowing machines and strength training
equipment.
I LOVE being able to have the option to swim laps or just an enjoy a shower
knowing my kids are safe in Child Watch. All of the Y staff from the the Welcome
Center Staff to the Fitness Instructors, Child Watch Staff and Custodians are all
so nice to my children and encouraging to me as a mom."
