My name is Tim Conde. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management. I’m a former collegiate basketball player and a natural bodybuilder currently working toward earning my pro card. I’m passionate about fitness, strength training and helping people build healthier, stronger lives. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and experience levels, and enjoy guiding people toward routines and habits that create sustainable, lifelong results. My mission is to help you train with purpose, push your limits and enjoy the process along the way.

My name is Abby Andrulitis. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a group exercise instructor. I approach fitness from a mental health perspective, helping clients use movement as a tool to build confidence, manage stress, and feel more empowered in their daily lives. My goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where people can discover their strength and develop a lasting relationship with exercise. Outside the gym, I enjoy hiking, cooking, watching movies, and working in the film and television industry.

My name is Julia Solecki. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My background in dance sparked a lifelong appreciation for movement, which has grown to include running, strength training, and Pilates. I work with clients pursuing a variety of goals, including injury prevention, recovery, and general wellness. Outside the gym, I’m an actor, singer, and dancer. I earned my BFA in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and perform throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts with local theater companies. I look forward to helping you build strength, confidence, and a fitness routine that supports your goals.

My name is David Koski. I am a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and build healthy habits that last. I have competed in two bodybuilding competitions and numerous powerlifting meets, giving me extensive experience in strength training and physique development. I earned my Associate Degree from Manchester Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Central Connecticut State University. When I’m not training clients, I enjoy playing piano, and staying active through sports like football and basketball. My goal is to help clients develop confidence, consistency, and a fitness routine that supports their long-term success.

My name is John Hoadley. I am a NESTA Master Personal Trainer with certifications in kettlebell conditioning, sport yoga, fitness nutrition, senior fitness and nutrition coaching. Before becoming a personal trainer, I owned and operated Knights Academy of Martial Arts & Fitness Center in Meriden, CT, and have more than 16 years of experience studying and teaching multiple martial arts disciplines as a Black Belt instructor. I am passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels build strength, improve mobility, and achieve lasting results through personalized, goal-focused training.

My name is Nicholas Smith. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with four years of experience in strength and endurance training. Fitness and anatomy have always been my passion, and I love exploring how the body moves and adapts to challenges. I enjoy anything active that gets the heart rate up, from weight training to hiking. My goal is to help others build strength, resilience, and confidence while developing a lifelong love for movement. Ultimately, nothing motivates me more than seeing people push past their limits and become the strongest version of themselves.

My name is Kyle Moutinho. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for movement and helping others reach their full potential. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Central Connecticut State University, where I continue to deepen my understanding of the human body and exercise science. I believe fitness is about challenging yourself, building confidence, and discovering what you're capable of. My goal is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and develop the tools they need to succeed both in and out of the gym. I look forward to working with you on your fitness journey. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a session is missed without prior notice, or canceled within less than 24 hours, the session will be redeemed from your package.

To respect the time and preparation your trainer puts into each session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This allows us the opportunity to adjust schedules and ensure our trainers are appropriately compensated for their time.

We absolutely understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If this is ever the case, we ask that you please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work with you.
