MIDDLETOWN JUDO CLUB
Judo offers a recreational martial arts program which enhances physical and mental discipline. New participants are welcome, and the first class is free! Sessions are led by instructors of the Middletown Judo Club.

Beginner Level is for White - Yellow Belt.
ADVANCED JUDO - YELLOW BELT and ABOVE
Thursday 6:50pm - 7:50pm
Saturday 10:30am - 11:45am
Judo offers a recreational martial arts program that enhances physical and mental discipline. New participants welcome. The Thursday session of advanced judo will run from 6:50-7:50 pm.
