WORK AT THE Y

LEARN, GROW AND THRIVE WITH A CAREER AT THE Y

Do you want a career that holds a bright future not only for yourself, but also for kids, families and the community? The Middlesex YMCA is a cause-driven community organization, where we work each day to make a meaningful difference in the lives of every person who walks through our doors. We provide a values-based environment where caring, honesty, respect and responsibility are incorporated into everything we do.

Imagine going to work knowing that what you do each day positively affects the lives of the people in your community. Working at the Y, you'll discover more than a job - you'll enjoy a career with a future and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of those around you.

At the Middlesex YMCA, our staff members-of all ages and from diverse backgrounds and life experiences-enjoy the personal satisfaction that comes from nurturing the potential of youth and teens, improving the nation's health and well-being and providing support to our  neighbors.

The Middlesex YMCA is committed to providing a safe environment for our staff, members and new participants. Therefore, all employment offers are contingent on the candidates satisfactorily passing a thorough background screening. Additionally, individuals coming in direct contact with children will be subject to a level 2 screening which includes obtaining the applicant's fingerprints.
