Thank you to all who were able to join us on November 20th for the Friendsgiving Event. If you were unable to join us, no worries! With the support of the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce, we were able to stream the webinar LIVE and make the recording available to you here! Enjoy! Karen Warren, Middlesex YMCA Volunteer Board of Director Chairwoman served as emcee for the evening. Throughout the evening, Karen passionately shares her story of how involvement in YMCA Childcare, Aquatics and Summer Camp
Programs provided support for her as a working parent. Throughout the evening, Karen brought us on a virtual journey that brought us through hearing powerful stories of impact from Andre Drummond, Michele Rulnick and Emily Spearing as well as Thanksgiving Holiday Presentations. Thank you Karen for your continued support of the work we do at the Middlesex YMCA!
The Y has taken a substantial hit during this pandemic.
Like so many organizations, the financial impact has been great. We need you more than ever to ensure that the Y is prepared to effectively serve our community through the end of 2020. Without your support, our ability to best serve our community will have a lasting impact.
You can make a difference by making a charitable gift to the
As COVID-19 continues to have a deep and lasting impact on our Y, we are grateful for the unwavering support of our members and donors. Our focus will now switch from sending Kids to Camp to helping provide financial support for working parents in need of childcare. Whether you have sustained your membership as a charitable contribution or made a gift to our Annual Campaign, you are powering our ability to remain a community strengthening nonprofit. Together, we are transforming unthinkable challenges into extraordinary opportunities. Make a difference by making a charitable gift to the: Support Working Families Fund.
On March 16th, the YMCA facility closed it's door for the health and safety of members and staff. The Y continued to operate and serve the members and community virtually. The generous support of donors to the COVID -19 RELIEF FUND, provided food and critical supply needs for the men residing at the YMCA. Donors made it possible for emergency health care workers and first responders to have FREE safe and reliable childcare for their children. Seniors and other vulnerable members of our community received outreach and virtual support. All of this was made possible through GIFTS!
Thank you to those who were able to GIVE a gift of support.
