The Middlesex YMCA Welcomes teens to come and visit us as much as possible!
Teen Coordinator, Elexa Belin joined our team in December 2023. She oversees the Friday Teen Night program along with developing new programs for Beman Middle School.
Andre's All Stars Memberships
Thanks to Andre Drummond, current player for the NBA Chicago Bulls, the Middlesex Y is able to offer qualifying teens a free 1 year YMCA membership.

Teen Nights on Friday
Friday Nights 7:00pm - 8:30 for teens in 6th - 9th grade & Andre's All-Stars Members.

Health & Wellness
Our facility offers an air conditioned gymnasium, two racquetball courts, cardio zone and fitness center with free weights and machines. Two pools are also available to teens!
