TEEN VIBE is a partnership program with the Russell Library and meets once a week to create monthly newsletters throughout the school year that are for teens - by teens, as well as the community.

part of the Century 21 afterschool programming

Build skills in:

Leadership, Team-building, Communication, Career-Readiness, Self-Confidence, Resiliency, Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution & more

Our program is lead by a trained female instructor who has a vested interest in seeing young ladies build strong futures.

Teen Fit 365 is a free, year-round health & wellness program for teens of all ages

Y Membership Not Required to Participate

As a participant, you will receive a tracking calendar that provides all the information you'll need to get started. This Personal Activity Calendar (PAC) will allow you to earn points & rewards throughout the year. 

Begin Anytime Throughout The Year

As a member of Teen Fit 365, you will be able to visit the Y twice a month for teen groups fitness sessions.

Your PAC will have details inside to get you started.

This program is in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Cromwell, CT

Impact Teen Programming at the Middlesex Y

Teen ages 13-18 can join to help the Y build quality events & programs for teens

The Y can truly use your help in making activities/programs more impactful and attractive for teens. By listening to Y staff discuss mission objectives and sharing your thoughts and ideas, you will be providing support to teens for generations to come.

Meetings on the First Tuesdays of Every Month from 3:30pm-4:30pm


You do not need to be a YMCA member to join/participate.

Food & Beverage will be provided during each meeting.

Community Service


Are you a teen who is looking to serve your community and gain community service/volunteering time? 

then join

Y Teens Take Action



When you join the Y's TTA volunteer program, you'll be serving your community twice a month in group service projects that you get to help brainstorm, and organize to achieve the team's objectives for serving your community.

Requirements for becoming a TTA volunteer:

  • Be a current High School student or between 14-18 yrs old.

  • Attend at least one volunteering event/ meeting each month.

  • Be a team player, put forth a good effort, communicate with others.
