Follow dynamic, easy, yet powerful cardio dance fitness choreography that will torch calories as you maintain balance, create muscle definition, and build strength when you DANCE with POWER for STRENGTH.
**No charge for class. Registration will determine how many members to expect and to determine if there is enough interest to offer the class. Once you register, a confirmation email will be sent to you with more information and an explanation of the policies.
OUTDOOR Group Exercise Classes

YMCA Camp Ingersoll in Portland.
While these classes are available to Y members at no additional cost, we are asking that everyone REGISTER online for classes. Registration is OPEN for the first four week round of outdoor classes. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with more details about the location of the class and health and safety policies.
