OUTDOOR GROUP EXERCISE
Summer 2022 Outdoor Group Ex was a great success! Thank you to all who took the classes!
Starting the week of June 6th, the YMCA held 4 new classes outdoors including:
Circuit Strength with Jill,
Tai Chi with Cindy,
Strength and Y-Hike with Missy, and
Yoga with Nicky.
Included in the Y membership, these classes were a major success ranging from 5-15 participants per class ranging from early morning through to the evening. Keep an eye out for Summer 2023 classes! You won’t want to miss it.
