OUTDOOR Group Exercise Classes will began TUESDAY, June 30th at YMCA Camp Ingersoll in Portland. While these classes are available to Y members at no additional cost, we are asking that everyone REGISTER online for classes. Registration is OPEN for the first four week round of outdoor classes. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with more details about the location of the class and health and safety policies.

A medium-impact class that will tone and shape all muscles. Instructor will bodyweight movements to strengthen your body and core.
