MILITARY MEMBERSHIPS

The YMCA has a long history of supporting military personnel and their families. The Middlesex YMCA is pleased to offer a Military membership for Active Duty Military Personnel, Veterans, and their families. With a mission centered on balance, the Y brings families closer together, encourages good health, and fosters connections through fitness, sports, fun, and shared interests. We welcome you and your families to the Middlesex YMCA!

ACTIVE MILITARY

Active Military can apply to receive a free membership to our Y thanks to partnership with Armed Services YMCA.

The Armed Services YMCA is proud to work with the Department of Defense to offer the Military Outreach Initiative. The Military Outreach Initiative offers gym memberships and respite child care services for qualified military members and families nationwide. Through this initiative, military members and families receive access to vital resources that promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
