Balance, Mobility, & Strength in the water. Aqua Zen, a rejuvenating water exercise program designed to enhance balance, mobility, and overall body strength and awareness. Moving at a steady but relaxed tempo, this class combines gentle movements with the natural resistance of water to help improve flexibility, strength, and coordination. Aqua Zen offers a supportive environment to help you move with ease and confidence.

H20 BOOTCAMP

H2O Boot Camp - This water exercise program combines the challenge of traditional boot camp drills with the resistance and buoyancy of water for a full-body workout that’s both effective and joint-friendly. From strength-building exercises to cardio bursts, you'll perform everything from sprints and treading water to resistance movements, all while working your core and improving endurance. Whether you’re looking to sculpt, tone, or just try something new, this class delivers a powerful, low-impact workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels.

WATER WARRIORS

WATER WARRIORS is held in the Large Pool once a week for 8 weeks. Strengthen and tone your muscles while increasing your cardiovascular endurance. Combination of low and higher impact moves including runs, kicks, jumps, twists, suspension & resistance work.  Equipment is provided.

Water Exercise is a great way to stay active and improve heart health, reduce stress, all while gaining strength.

Gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance without putting stress on the joints. It's also an easy way to challenge yourself and have fun, regardless of your age or physical abilities. You'll also benefit from:

  • Preventing falls and injury

  • Improve flexibility

  • Improve upper body strength

  • Injury prevention and recovery

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, the trampoline’s soft surface reduces stress on your joints while delivering maximum results. Get ready to bounce, sweat, and smile as you defy gravity and elevate your fitness routine!

Kettlebell Training

Join our 8 week kettlebell training program and condition your body to its optimum capabilities!
Kettlebells are unique, as they will holistically improve whole-body strength, endurance, and coordination. Kettlebell exercises purposefully target multiple muscle groups, mimicking day to day activities and refining the functional movements we all perform in life on a regular basis.  All skill levels are welcome to class. As the weeks progress, so will the kettlebell techniques you will learn.

Ladies That Lift is an 8 week program for women that are looking to get in the gym and learn to lift weights in a stronger and healthier way.

TRAIL BLAZERS

This invigorating outdoor group running program set in the beautiful natural surroundings of camp is designed for all fitness levels, this program helps participants build stamina, increase endurance, and work their way up to running longer distances through a combination of guided runs, interval training, and trail challenges

COMMUNITY WELLNESS

12 WEEK $0 Grant funded wellness programs ensure our ability to offer equitable access. 

Offered to anyone who has been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes who wants to have a healthier lifestyle. A prescription and release to exercise from your physician is required for enrollment. 

LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and wellbeing following a cancer diagnosis. Survivors increase strength, develop supportive relationships and increase their quality of life.

That’s exactly what they’ll find at the Y with our FREE drop-in summer programs for youth ages 12–15!
From Lego labs and cosmetics club to leadership games and creative projects, every day brings new ways to stay active and engaged — with no pressure and no registration required.
