Having a prominent place in the home to post your goals will be key during the first few days. Having an accountability buddy (ACCOUNTABILLIBUDDY) or partner in the challenge will provide the motivation you need within your existing network. Download your tracking sheet below. Once you register, you will receive an invite to a private Middlesex Y STRONG Challenge facebook group. Anyone is also welcome to Join the National Community Group! 


  • The first 500 participants will receive a magnetic Accountability Calendar to plan the activities they are doing each day and to set their baseline goals. A free paper version is available below as well.

  • Each week, you will have access to new national online resources and local in-person and virtual opportunities.

  • From Day 1, you will access to the STRONG Facebook Community to share your progress, receive encouragement, and help you meet your goals. We are in this together!

  • All participants will receive a two-week membership to the Valley Shore or Middlesex YMCA during weeks 5&6.
