The Giving Week Fitness Challenge is a week where you can help support our Annual Fundraising Campaign. Our goal is for a suggested participation pledge of $100.

 

Members are invited to use our MOBILE APP to select a challenge:

 

  • RUNNING

  • WALKING

  • CYCLING

  • SWIMMING

  • CROSS TRAINING/GROUP EX

 

Members will register through Mobile App or with a Fitness Staff/Personal Trainer and set a goal for the week.

CHALLENGE your TRAINER!

In addition to our Fitness Challenge, YOU can CHALLENGE our Personal Trainers by purchasing Exercises and Repetitions for them to do when you present your donation receipt.

Push Up = 1 x $.50/rep

Pull Up = 1 x $1.00/rep

Plank = 1 min x $2.50/min
