Week 1 (6/27-7/1): Ready, Set, Summer!

Hooray!! Let’s get this camp thing started. The first week of summer will be packed full with opportunities for your child to get to know their awesome new camp friends and counselors, play some of their favorite camp games, get creative with classic camp crafts and enjoy our FIRST field trip. We’ll pack up and hit the side-walk for a walking field trip to Harbor Park and have a field day by the water.

Week 2 (7/4-7/8-no camp 7/4): Fascinating Forensics

Does your child have the skills to be a scientific sleuth? This is a week where mystery meets science! Your child will learn about the mysterious world of investigative science by exploring processes like DNA fingerprinting, creating footprint impressions and engaging in daily puzzles that will challenge their ability to think creatively. Campers’ new knowledge will be enriched with a trip to the Middletown Police AND Fire Stations to meet with and ask questions to some real-life forensic experts.

Week 3 (7/11-7/15): Awesome Athletes

So many sports, so little time! This week your child will explore a variety of sports, games, and activities. From fitness games to competitive matches, this week will get your heart pumping and your body moving. To top it off we’ll enjoy a day at the ballpark to watch the New Britain Bees in action.

Week 4 (7/18-7/22): Magical, Mystical, Monstrous Fun!

Week 6 (8/1-8/5): Dive Into Deep Depths

“The sea is the embodiment of a supernatural and wonderful existence,” Jules Verne, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.
