AquaStride stands apart from conventional independent walking exercises by providing participants with an innovative and impactful fitness experience. This class offers a dynamic yet gentle workout, requiring minimal equipment and harnessing the natural resistance of water to bolster both strength and cardiovascular endurance. Guided by a knowledgeable instructor, participants engage in a thoughtfully structured session featuring a range of water walking movements.
