Ladies That Lift is an 8 week program for women that are looking to get in the gym and learn to lift weights in a stronger and healthier way.
$85 for Middlesex YMCA Fitness or Program Members.
When?
Tuesday 9-10am
May 7th - June 25th
Wednesday 5-6pm
May 22nd - June 10th
*no class on May 29th
fees set up for 7 weeks
