Group Exercise Program Updates 2019

During July and August of 2019, emails for group exercise participants were collected. More than 60 members provided their email and were sent an invitation to participate in a survey focused on our Group Exercise Program. In the survey, members were invited to share feedback about what we are doing well, what they like and how we can do better in regards to Group Exercise. Thank you to all who chose to be an active participant in the survey as the feedback will help us better serve YOU! A summary of the results can be viewed here. Be sure to also check out our NEW mobile app with advanced features to enhance your fitness routine as well as the NEW Google calendar for Group Exercise Classes

Y Staff support 2019 CCMC PJ DAY

On Friday, December 20th, our Y will be participating in PJ Day for the kids at CCMC for a third year in a row. PJ Day for the Kids is an opportunity for students and business partners across the state to show support for patients at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Over the last 9 years, participants have worn PJ’s in honor of children at the hospital who must wear their PJ’s for extended periods of time while fighting cancer or other serious illnesses. Join in and raise funds, awareness, and hope for these brave kids. Please take a moment to watch the 2 ½ minute video about this awesome fundraiser. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NKvB8QlGlm0&feature=youtu.be Middlesex YMCA Staff have
